About Angus Borden Guardian Pharmacy
Angus Borden Guardian Pharmacy has proudly served Angus and the surrounding community since 1958, when Fred Ross and his wife Alvena first opened the pharmacy.
As Angus grew, so did the pharmacy. It moved to the Angus Plaza in 1963, expanded under Bryn and Randy Styles in the 1980s, and welcomed Christine Weber and Ward Charlebois into ownership in the early 1990s.
In 2008, the pharmacy moved to its current home at 6 River Drive, alongside the Essa Family Medical Clinic. The new location provided greater accessibility, private counselling areas and a modern dispensary designed to better serve the community.
David and Natalie McLeish became owners in 2009 and continue the pharmacy’s longstanding tradition of personal service, community involvement and patient care.
Four generations of pharmacy ownership later, we remain proud to serve the families of Angus and neighbouring communities, supported by the dedicated staff who have helped make the pharmacy what it is today.
